as long as we win, they can call us what they want. Flying under the rader is good.

I don't think they are flying under the radar so much now. On NFLN this morning they discussed the bears a lot and the possibility of a superbowl run. Everyone seemed to think it was possible.

want to know what other teams have only beaten one team with a record over .500?
Falcons (7-0)
49ers (6-2)
Giants (5-2)
Ravens (5-2)
Anyone hear any of those teams being called over rated?
If the Bears are "over rated" what the hell are the rest of these teams? Maybe the NFL as a whole is over rates then
I'm not saying this is "fair" but I don't believe the Chicago Bears will ever be taken seriously until they win a few Super Bowls. I'm getting embarrassed that we still have to trot out our 1 Super Bowl win from over a quarter of a century ago, as proof that we're a great franchise. Or we talk about how we won a lot of games in the old leather-helmet days.
People outside of Chicago look at the Bears and Cubs as losers.
We will be a joke to them, until we WIN a Super Bowl.
Is that "fair"...probably not. But it's reality. Winners win. Losers lose. It's all about winning that Lombardi Trophy.

I'm looking forward to seeing these guys coach. Hope they're good.

Indeed, would be pretty neat to do like the LA Kings did last year in NHL, there was no way I saw them winning the cup.
Bandwaggons of the NFL would be like; What the fuck did just happen?

Arghhh, the kiss of death. I like it better when they think we haven't got a chance.
