This is the first complete team we have faced all year(more then even GB) They can pass or run, and in the pass they have multiple options in the WR/TE/RB. They also have a hell o a D going on there, Watt is a beast.

The Bears will need to establish the run early and often, and then use some play action to set that D on it's heels a little before trying to hit anything deep or pass w/any consistancy.

The Bears Front will NEED to not only get to Schaub, but also stop Foster before he gets started, don't expect them to turn the ball over 2-3-4 times this Sunday.

Hello Bears fan, it sounds like both our fan bases are in a similar mindset, a bit weary of the others team this week.

From our perspective I think if we don't turn the ball over we have a good shot at winning. If we can stop your guys scoring on defense and special teams it will be a good step down the road to victory. Another key is beating on Cutler, which I think we should be able to do if Wade unleashes the hounds.

Your special teams scare us, we have the WORST special teams in the NFL. The only aspect of them I have confidence in is our punting, but hopefully we can avoid that come Sunday.

Looking forward to learning more about your guys this week.

I'll be at the game (my second Bears' game and first at Soldier Field!) so I'm dying for a win this week! I really feel like it's going to be a defensive battle, which means it'll be a shoot-out because I'm always wrong. lol It's encouraging to me, kiwi, to hear you say that you guys have an awful ST. That may be the deciding factor in this game since our defenses and offenses seem somewhat similar. Here's to a great game with zero injuries. I'll try to get some good pics!

Welcome to all the Hou fans, hopefully a few more good ones will show up also.

Ya I think both fanbases are cautiously optimistic about this game.

Other than the fact that the Texans have not fared well in primetime games over the years.....there's not much I can add at this point that hasn't already been stated by the other Houston fans in this thread. I'm looking forward to a great game! Cheers, to an injury free game and may the best team win!

Thanks for joining us Texans fans. This is going to be a key game for both teams. I wouldn't even bring Hester in on Offense at all just have him focus only on KR/PR duties for this game because with a lower workload maybe he can bring one to da house!

Welcome to the Texans fans. Nice to have you guys drop by.

The Bears have struggled with this team even when they weren't anywhere near as good as they are now. They bumped us out of playoff spot with a win three years ago as I recall.

I think the Bears defense is about as good as it can get right now. If we can bring constant pressure we can limit, not prevent, them from scoring many points and in order to win we'll need to do that. I'd say 17 points or less and with that bunch they have on offense that's not an easy order.

So once again it falls to the offense to get the ball moving with some sustained drives which seem to have become as scarce around Chicago as ham sandwiches in a kosher deli. We're gonna need more than one and a couple of stalled drives the end in FGs to win this game.

Hester got close last week. If somebody would have seen the tackle coming and just forced him to divert a little it was a TD. Maybe he'll hit one this week. We could use it.

Second, i think it will be close, but def. Don't see a win by more than 10 pts either way. With that said, i think forte in the running game and dumpoff passes earlyand often will help us more than anything. Getting Allen involved more than Bush(Bush needs to be regulated to goal line carries until they figure out how to use him better) along with getting cutler moving more will hrlp us immensely. Another question, how do your guys' cbs and safeties look? I forgot who your no. 1 cb is, but i think it is Robinson, and i thought he was pretty good. Also, is Daniel Mannong still good for you guys?
Henry I think a lot of the problem with Bush is about when they use him as opposed to how. Bush is the guy you play more against defenses who have fast LBs and DTs who like to fire off the ball an penetrate. Those guys you can run straight at and gain some yardage. Using Forte doesn't work well when there are no cutback lanes or he can't get outside where he can shake loose.

Forte needs a hole and/or space in the second level. Bush is very shifty in tight quarters has great feet and can power through small gaps and break arm tackles at the line. He's not gonna have many 20 yard plus runs but he's gets 3-6 yards at a time more consistently than Forte. When we're playing against a defense that can bottle up Forte before he gets loose Tice should be using Bush but so far he hasn't or at least not nearly enough.

Of course when you're ahead by 30 points and all you're doing is running the ball straight at them that's not gonna work either so naturally he won't look as good then. I agree with you that he's not being used correctly yet but he can do a lot more than just be a goal line and short yardage guy if Tice will begin putting him in at the right times.

Very close, December of 2008 (24-31 Texans).

Thank y'all for the kind welcome.

I think the point spread is 1.5 or something, that is a crazy number (it's usually 3-7 for the home team), so the experts in Vegas are also thinking it's gonna be a close one. I can't wait!!
