I think the answer to that and to the currect situation is here.

Tillman, though, did say if their daughter is born Sunday morning he’ll play that night. “Yeah, I’ll be there,” he said.

Either way, Tillman’s teammates say they support him.

“It’s take care of your family. We understand how things are run around here,” receiver Brandon Marshall said. “This is a special group. Coach Smith is a special guy, definitely in how he runs things, and … you take on the character of your leader. That’s what he preaches — family comes first.”

Lovie gives his players a lot of leeway in making this kind of a decision and supports whatever decision that player makes. You can say a lot of things about Lovie as far as being critical of certain coaching skills he's not as good at but having the support and trust of his players isn't something he's lacking in. His guys play their asses of for him.

I think it will all prove to be a moot point anyway but if anything it provides a bit of a psychological advantage right now since Houston doesn't really know yet who they'll face at RCB. Lovie isn't at all above gaining a bit of an advantage from that. Like Peanut says if his daughter is born before game time he'll play.

Depends on whether or not you eat peanut butter and crackers in bed. If you need a place to keep the peanut butter than an "innie" is definitely and advantage.

Jeezus, what a news story this has become. I wonder if we'll get a play by play telling us just how many centimeters Mrs. Peanut is dilated once her contractions start. I'm just wondering if anyone has consulted with the fetus about all this????? Seems to me she holds all the cards in this matter.

Hadn't thought of that. Excellent point, although you may get an irate call from my wife after she finds peanut butter in my navel. Or heck, who knows. Maybe you'll get a happy call from me after she finds it. Depending on her reaction....

Well, with his daughter (I think it was a girl) going to be born we can fight about what her name should be. In honor of Peanut, maybe "Sweet Pea" or "Peanut Butter".

Her mother can thank us later. It's a free service we provide to Bears players. They can come to us and not have to worry about naming their kids. They've got so much more to worry about....

Well, looks like we can stop talking about this now, Florio changed his tune...

    http://chicago.cbslocal.com/2012/11/...r-child-birth/

In the end, each player has to make the decision if/when the issue arises, balancing a wide variety of factors and concerns, including but not limited to the health of the mother, the health of the baby, and the wishes of the mother. Other considerations will include the value of the player to the team, the importance of the game, and the amount of money that the player could be sacrificing by not being available on one of the 16 days per year when presence on the football field is as close to mandatory as it ever is.

Teams should support whatever the player decides to do, even if the coach, G.M., owner, or others would have made a different decision — or if it’s obvious to team management that the player gave no thought whatsoever to even trying to time the pregnancy so that it would end during the offseason.

As to Tillman, he has said via Twitter that his new baby will be born Monday. And that he’ll be present for the game on Sunday.

If, in the end, his wife goes into labor before or during the game against the Texans, whatever Charles decides to do should be accepted and respected by his teammates, his coaches, his owner, the fans, and the media.

Peanut Butter sex is kinky! Although it can get a little messy and be careful where you put it. You know that stuff will stick to the roof of your (or her) mouth don't you?

Or maybe he should reserve a personalized license plate like that.
