Has anyone here figured out just what is the mighty "Hester Package"?
Can it be safely unleashed in the Chicago area without massive death and destruction? I lay awake at night in a cold sweat, worrying about the triggering of this all powerful "Hester Package" weapon. Maybe the Pentagon has put the stop to this fearsome project and that is why we haven't seen it triggered yet.
Any ideas?

This pic was reportedly taken at Soldier Field (hence the divots, mud and grass). I think that is Mike Tice in the front, but can't be sure.

I'm looking forward to seeing these guys coach. Hope they're good.

We've been using it all season long. You haven't even noticed? It's called three and out!
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

Apparently Roger Goodell has mandated that prior to the "Hester Package" being triggered, all fans must have protective suits. If we are issued these suits Sunday as we enter Soldier Field, we will know that all systems are "go" for the first trial run.
Rumor has it that J'Marcus Webb will be responsible for lighting the fuse - and running like his underwear is on fire, to get away from the blast site.

WARNING!
During practice of "The Hester Package" J'Marcus couldn't "remember" the snap count and we almost lost Halas Hall. I think that is poor Jay down on the ground there. Webb and Carimi are in the forground:

Or is this one of the latest unis Nike designed for the OU Ducks? I couldn't see any feathers on the helmet so I wasn't sure.

The "Hester Package" consists of one complete pass for 6 yards, one bubble screen for 2, one end-around for no gain, and 3 drops. It's a solid recipe.

You have to admit, only Mike Tice has the vision and brilliance to build something this powerful. That 2 yard bubble screen alone, took my breath away. It was epic.

Not sure about Hesters "Da Package", but I do remember the "Disco Kit" as described on WLS radio in Chicago by Larry Lujack on his Animal Stories show. Anyone remember that? It was hilarious.
Some guy passed out on the disco dance floor while dancing and the paramedics came and had to cut his pants open. He had a sausage taped to his leg. And of course Lujack dubbed that the "Disco Kit"
Could be something similar to Hester's "Da Package", but not sure.

Damn you gay can't see what right in front of your faces. "The Hester Package" is very easy to understand, you send Hester deep and then throw the ball to Marshall. This also works when Hester isn't in the game and is still called the Hester Package.

On a serious note, I'm surprised the Chicago sports media haven't held Tice's feet to the fire, asking him about his pre-season mantra about the Hester package. It seemed like there were a ton of articles about how it was a special package rolled out for Hester. Hester was going to be a huge part of the offense with this special package. They hype was amazing.
Then the season started & Hester disappeared from the offense. So far, for the season, he has 13 catches, and 2 runs for a total of 4 yards (his rushing average is 2 yards per carry).
He's presently the 138th ranked WR in the NFL. Both Jeffery and Bennett have more yards receiving.
