Webb, that enterprising kind 'o guy!!!

Our boy is branching out from t-shirts. Maybe he should be thinking about how best to play tackle and Watts. What is a milionaire football player doing scalping tickets? THe guy is just not very bright. Maybe this is a partnership between him and Tice -- LOL Tice got busted for doing the same thing as a caoch in Minny.

Bears OT J'Marcus Webb selling game tickets on eBay

Of the $800 selling price, $160 will go to charity. Where does the other $640 go?

Want to attend today's Chicago Bears vs Houston Texans game, but don't have tickets? No worries! You can just click over to eBay, where Bears OT J'Marcus Webb is selling a pair of tickets for $800. A portion of the sale (20%), will go to charity, the ad says.
According to Forbes, the Chicago Bears have the 2nd-highest ticket prices in the NFL, with an average face value of $93.55.
Why is an NFL player selling tickets on eBay? If it truly is to benefit the charity (Ronald McDonald House), then why not just make a donation to that charity and give them the pair of tickets? After you sell the tickets for $800, you're donating $160? What about the other $640 you're making on the tickets?
I'm not in any way questioning what J'Marcus Webb does in his spare time with charities, but it is well-known that he has a friend/relative running his social media life for him (making tweets as him, posting to Facebook as him), and it has often been cringe-worthy and embarrassing to say the least.
This whole thing just feels wrong -- At least to me. Granted, I'm not part of J'Webb Nation, but an NFL player sell game tickets on eBay for ANY reason just looks questionable, especially when only a small portion of the sale price goes to charity.

If you ask me in his case that's been the life long incurable illness they all talk about when they say, "You can't cure stupid".

I read something like this and I say, "yeah so what else is new", LOL.

Look that it this way guys. A year from now JWebb and JWebb Nation will no longer be a front page topic anymore than we have may discussions about our current backup OT. I can't see anyway that Phil Emery will ignore finding Webb's replacement in the offseason.

Eight games into this season and he's still barely adequate and not getting any better fast. To think that there is any kind of quantum leap even in this guy would be fooling ourselves. That "bag of dicks" will probably remain on the shelf forever. He'll probably make a worthwhile swing tackle but the kid is never gonna even get close to being a Pro Bowl LT and we need a LT who is capable of playing at that level for this offense to actually work like it's supposed to.

Webb is just adding up how many tacos or chicken legs he can buy with $640 and adding that to his food budget for the week.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

All I are about is that he has a solid game tonight. He can sell tix each week, naked, at his own garage sale for all I care (Carimi too).

    Just block well tonight.

I'm looking forward to seeing these guys coach. Hope they're good.
