A lot of Bears sucked tonight. But who do you pin the loss on?
Lovie Smith
Mike Tice
Jay Cutler
Jason Campbell
Kellen Davis
Brandon Marshall
Matt Forte
Michael Bush
The whole team (win as a team, lose as a team)

A lot of Bears sucked tonight. But who do you pin the loss on?

they all deserve one.
Sorry, I need two. One for Cambell and one for Tice. Several honorable mentions too....
Definitely wasn't Marshall even with his TD missed catch
I can't chalk this one up to one guy or one play.
Maybe another bad offensive game plan?
In a game where neither team threw for 140 yards, Foster could run the ball (for 1 drive at least), Forte couldn't & that was a decisive edge.
After Bush broke that one first down run (& fumbled), he didn't touch the ball again until the 4th quarter. Why pay this guy that kinda money if you're not willing to give him carries on a night when the #1 guy is averaging a whopping 2.4 ypc? The fumble shouldn't have landed Bush on the bench until the 4th on a night where Forte was completely ineffective.
Brandon Marshall 108 yards, The Texans Offense : 88 yards passing, the rest of the Bears receivers : 10 catches for 27 yards?!!
they had all day to throw the ball. The Texans got as little pressure as any team I've seen all year. The receiving core gets an "F" in this game, except Marshall who gets a "B+" because that ball he missed in the end zone ended up being the only opportunity the offense had to score a TD all night.
Tim Jennings = Pro Bowl

I included everyone who played a small part in the loss. Marshall dropped one in the endzone.... Forte missed a catch with a wide open path to the endzone, Tice's play calling bit, Bush and Davis fumbling, Campbell missing open receivers down field.......... Cutler throwing picks.....
But this was a team loss
The USC Trojans get it :)
BearStuff say BEAR DOWN!

Your tight End made no plays and missed some, so Kellen would be my vote. I disagree with the premise. Sometimes you get beat, weather and Texans D should be in your poll. Some of those hits dislodged balls. Both QB's tried some throws, then pulled back when found cannot throw deep well.

The rest of the Bears recievers were targetted 3-4 times and Marshal was 13, his fair share, ecspecially that TD drop. The other WR's need to get targetted somehwere between 4-8 times a piece! Marshal should be getting targetted about 10 times, much more then that is too much.
And for all those bitching about Forte not getting it done, biggest difference in this game, Houston kept running, our D stuffed Foster early, but they kept running kept running, just making minor adjustments to the same stretch play, and he finally started to break it. Houston ran the ball 35 times to the Bears 23, Foster, who only averaged 3.5 yards had 29 rushes. they kept running. Ya Forte only got 2.4 yards per rush, but he only got 16 rushes, this team gave up on the run far to early. And BUsh, outside of his first rush/fumble, was running well, why did he only get 3 rushes? This game was never so out of the realm of winnable that we needed to give up on the run.

Refs and Kellen Davis, tie.
