..... Ok that was uncalled for, sorry man I just had to.

Xx, actually it didn't run more...not until Lovie and Tice got involved and forced him to.

No way in hell he got sacked less; unless you count the games he sat out w/injury. Martz's whole system is to hold onto the ball until the last second let the biggest play is available, even if that means the QB gets hit...a lot!

still doesn't change that neither of them should be our OC

Don't know why we not just give this Blanchard guy the call. No difference because they both won't see the field. If they do, we are screwed either way

Sorry Ric, you're wrong buddy. Martz's system was far superior to anything Tice has run this year. And you know what? For all the people out there that think the only reason we had success last year is because Lovie stepped in, I have this to say to you: Yes Lovie did step in, but hey, Martz took it, worked with it, and came up with running plays that worked and passing plays that worked within a heavier running scheme. UNLIKE TICE WHO IS COMING UNDER NO SCRUTINY FOR PERFORMING FAR WORSE.
I always tell people I want to live to be 150 and they say "why would you want to do that?" I say, "well, there's a few people I haven't made mad yet, I want to get them."

Are sacks how you measure an offenses performance?

I will measure by them doing what it takes to win games. At this point, we are 7-2. I will take that any and every year.

You make it sound like we are bottom dwellers.

No, I measure it in average points, yardage, turnovers, T.O.P., you know, the usual stuff. And in all those things we are worse than we were last year. I blame that on Tice, considering we have MORE talent this year. How do you measure an offense?

I'm really tired of this Homer attitude, keep pointing to the record, go ahead. Keep watching as it gets worse and worse as the season goes on because the offense takes a shit on us. Tice is a joke, get him out of here. No indication Bates is any better btw.

No, overall we are an elite team in the NFL. However, our offense is in the bottom third of the league, our offense is a bottom-dwelling offense.

You call call the wins success, but at what point do you realize that the hits are taking a toll on your quarterback? We could go 14-2 into the playoffs with a first round bye, but if Cutler is out with a concussion/injury we are not going far in the playoffs and this team will be remembered the same as last years.

Sorry, I'm far from a homer. I've spent many a days on here ripping overhyped players such as Olsen, etc.

Part of our offenses lack of yardage, TOP, etc are due to the defense and special teams giving us great field position, the ball off of a turnover, or flat out scoring points and having to go right back out there and do it again.

I'm not giving Tice any credit. I think his playcalling has been atrocious. He hasn't shown any sort of strength in strategic planning.

What I AM pointing out is that you are taking statistics and are basing our offenses abilities on nothing more than numbers, and by reading your consistantly negative, ranting, chicken little, the sky is falling, this team blows posts, you'd think we were 2-7 instead of 7-2.

So, while you are sick of these "homers", I'm quite sick of debbie downers...

If we're down to our 3rd QB, forget it let's just talk Bulls...wait no Derrick Rose. Ok, Blackhawks..wait...crap! Pray Cutler comes back, and hope Campbell plays reasonably well and doesn't get concussed as well.
