@ frisco mnf
Whats interesting is both teams may be without their starting QB's.
The only thing we let loose against us was Foster when we played Houston.
That was the difference in points.
FRANK GORE ... well here we go again.
VERNON DAVIS
MICHAEL CRABTREE
MARIO MANNINGHAM
RANDY MOSS
TED GINN JR
KENDALL HUNTER
ANTHONY DIXON
Near as can be seen if Smith doesnt suit up its Colin Kaepernik at QB. Then Scott Tolzien QB.
We may have to go thru this DEFENSE thing again ... both are really good!

The Niners gave up 24 points to the almighty Rams offense. We should win by at least 10 if AJ returns. AJ is a mini-beast, while Marshall is a Beast. Local analyst predict Campbell will be more willing to throw the deep ball with a full week of reps under his belt. The Bears defense will allow at the most 13 points. The Texans offense in bad weather craps on the Niners in sunny San Francisco. Maybe Tice will be forced to depend on the run now with Cutler out.

It's a winnable game IF the Texans game was a wake-up/shake-up the playcalling. Don't think it'll happen. Best case scenario we see Davis sit, a Forte-Bush combo in the backfield, and AJ returns strong.
Arguing on the internet is like winning the special olympics, even if you win your still messed up.
Restore the roar!

Hope we see more of Bennett and less of Hester at WR.

There are several things that need to change for us to win. 1. Get Bennett and Bush involved 2. Put Hester only on KR/PR 3. The O-Line can't stink. 4. Catch the effing ball Davis. 5. Do something right Tice.

Or get Evan Rodriguez (aka. "E-Rod") involved in the offensive game planning. He's supposed to be the next Aaron Hernandez, so why not use him like that?

Bears should win easy IMO. AJ should be back. That should be enough. AJ is easily the second best receiver on the team. 49ers tied the RAMS and got blown out by the Giants.

If it's backup QB vs backup QB I feel we have the best card on our hands with Campbell I might fear it will get ungly with Smith vs Campbell.
Jeffery back will help the team a lot and the 49'ers can't ignore Jeffery and if they do they'll get screwed over and if they do cover Jeffery it will hopefully leave space open for Marshall.
If we can shut down their passing game by just having them know that we have Peanut and Jennings our D will shut down for their run game I'm sure of that. If they however try to throw the ball Peanut and Jennings and perhaps even Briggs will have another INT/F for a TD. Sweet dreams ye?

Put Tillman on Crabtree, he's the only WR that's in the game the majority of the time; the rest get in through rotations.
Play more aggresively against the run, but don't discount the Rams' defense.
This is not "ours to lose", yeah we're a good team, but for the love of god, our offense, not the defense, has the feel of being able to break and really cause a game to death spiral at any point in any game. The 49ers are def. going to be hurt if smith can't play, but we could be dead in the water if Campbell is this seasons' Hanie...
EDIT: BTW, Smith, it seems, has a much better chance of bouncing back from this concussion than Cutler does.

Realistically, we won't beat the 49ers no matter who their QB is. Gore will get a few big runs. They'll throw many ten yard passes and we'll give it to them all day long. I predict a 14 point lead by the SF at halftime. In the end we lose by 21. Our defense and special teams are still doing well but that alone won't beat them. You can only expect two field goals a game from our current offense. Our TE's are among the leagues very worst and for any productivity to come from them is unlikely.
