Actually I wasn't even arguing it much and certainly not with you. Probably no one really but when guys say he'd be an improvement without looking at the facts I have this annoying habit of posting them just to document my position.
It's probably a good thing no one knows where I live. 
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

I was more meaning the Babin thread starting a "debate" amongst the "Babin should be here" vs the "Babin should not be here" positions, moreso than a debate between us. I just thought this thread had one of those "debate-filled" thread potentials that it never lived up to.
So far, I really can't think of any "arguments" I've gotten into. I really don't get drawn into those. Only time I get riled up is with personal attacks. No place for them I don't attack others (try to respect all positions) and don't appreciate being attacked. That's why I like this board. People really don't get into personal attacks and you can just kick back and have some fun. Even if your sense of humor is broken...

That's why I like this board. People really don't get into personal attacks and you can just kick back and have some fun. Even if your sense of humor is broken... I think that's because over the years we've all become friends so even the arguments are like those we'd have with one another over a beer after work. In fact my guess is quite a few of them happen exactly that way it's just that we're all drinking in different locales. LOL

No, but from what I remember she did try to drive her boot up my tail a few times when I misbehaved ... which was quite often....

What I like about the board (posters) is the fact that they can say almost to a tee what their view is and back it up very eloquently with stats and perspective. No personal attacks like you say and not much fence sittin' either. Best of both worlds!

yeah. It's a good board. You can kid around, put out your point of view and popular or unpolular, right or wrong, the posters really don't get after anyone. No one acts like a jerk or feels like they have to be an internet tough guy. (of course with the penalty being a bag of dicks, no one wants to go there)
