If a player gets caught I imagine the NFL hands out a "stiff" penalty. I mean it is a performance enhancing drug isn't it? And isn't the objective of certain NFL players like Suh to "fuck over" another teams star player as much as he can? Maybe they should just OK it? 
Personally I think Viagra should be out but maybe Cialas for "when the time is right" or Levitra because Ditka endorses it. 
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

I think the "smoking gun" would be a round shaped bruise below waist level when another player runs into you.
And you NEVER, NEVER, EVER want to be in a bent over position when another player is running at you from behind.
