All well and good Dags but I haven't caught a softball in over 15 years and I'll bet if Jennie Finch pitched to me I could catch at least 9 out of every 10 she threw and probably 10 out of 10.
What does being on the bench have to do with getting your hands on a football and holding on to it. You can do, I can do it, 99.9% of the guys here could do it so why is he having a hard time? We're guys. We've been catching shit since we were two years old.
Same with blocking. As far as I can see the objective hasn't changed. Just get your ass in front of your guy and keep it there. He played four years of college ball in a major program and he's played four years or pro ball don't you think he should have the fundamentals of blocking and catching down by now?
He been a big disappointment and this coming from one who was a big supporter earlier in the year.
