V.B.P.D.
Out Coached again.
This game should have been won today. Why not take the field goal? Would have won by 3 in regulation.
Until Lovie and his assistants get their heads out their asses our season is probably going to be over within the next couple weeks!!!!

good luck bears but looking more like a change //those drafts were to much to over come in one year

The players didn't execute worth crap. Missed tackles, missed run blocks, dropping key passes, stupid drive-killing penalties. Our run blocking couldn't convert short yardage situations. It's on the players.
BTW, Urlacher looked old and tired. I was embarrassed for him.

Jabf, did he look old and tired when he ran down the field and saved that TD when Bowman wiffed on the WR? How about when he broke up the 3rd down pass to the TE? He's not the player he once was, he's just another piece, but he's still making plays every game.

I don't know......I think I've seen enough in the last 9 years to realize as long as this guy's the coach, the Bears will never win a Superbowl.
It would be fitting to see Lovie & Andy Reid handed their walking papers in the same off-season.......good coaches but not Superbowl quality.
If you're content with .500 and a playoff appearance every 3-5 years, keep him.
Bears now 1-2 vs. Rookie QBs this season.
Be thankful we got Luck in his first game --- he'd torch us now.

We are out coached every week

At some point players have to tackle, block, catch passes, quit making stupid penalties. We didn't make basic football plays. Couldn't tackle anyone. Their players made the plays. Our players didn't.

In all fairness to the defense, though, most of the missed tackles came after the midway point of the fourth quarter. In the fourth quarter, around the 7-8 minute mark, our defense was gassed, and as we all know from watching football for many years, when a defense gets gassed, hands start being placed on the hips and the defenders begin to grab rather than squaring up to tackle. We got gassed by the zone read out of the spread today, guys. This is a style of offense that has worked in college and will be utilized in the NFL by teams with mobile quarterbacks for the next few years. We were exposed to that against San Francisco, and we got exposed to that again today against Seattle.

It is a four quarter game. Got to tackle in all 4 to win games. I agree our players were gassed. Still have to tackle people to win.

That's true. It is a four quarter game. But how do you expect them to tackle when they had no gas left in the tank to execute proper tackling technique? After being re-exposed again by an offense that has a mobile quarterback plus one of the best running backs in the league at their disposal (Russell Wilson - QB; Marshawn Lynch - RB), I just don't see how it is possible for our defense to stay on the field for more than half the game and not get to the point where they are so exhausted that they could no longer execute a proper tackle.
