D4E, a lot of rumors yesterday/this morning said Gruden is going back to Oak w/a lot of authority in who/what is done regarding player personal. I doubt he'll come to Chicago.

Jon Gruden will go somewhere that pays him a lot of money and gives him a lot of power. I'm not sure about Oakland because they are one of the cheaper teams, and Reggie seems like a powerful GM.

I think Jay Gruden will be a better and cheaper choice for Da Bears. He would pick the Bears over the Browns, but he grew up a Browns fan so that might sway him.

As GB has shown, the league is becoming an Offensive league and the Bears need an offensive minded head coach.

The o-line isn't exactly protecting Cutler better as much as he is moving around extremely well. I am extremely scared for the team for the next 5 years. There are very few bright spots, Jeffery, possibly Shea, some good, young DT's and the best QB/WR duo the Bears have ever had. Other than that there are a lot of old players, good or not they won't be around 5 years from now, and cutler and marshall will be gone or much less effective.
