JA is a big culprit and deserves his LARGE share of blame. Emery could and should have got FA and draft OL. He could have got a few but Tice and co said they were "good". My bet is Emery is letting these guys show how much of a "guru" they really are. And let's throw out this "oh they won't be able to help as they're just coming in" excuse we keep hearing from others. You keep posting this garbage, but it's not true. Sorry, but Emery didn't spend a quarter of the cap space on ST players or anything. There were no contributors available who Emery passed on so he could sign another gunner. Find something else to rage against.Quote:

At 8-4, and considering the playoff picture in general, I like our changes...it would take a completely typical, not so unexpected, self inflicted royal screw-up to miss the playoffs this year...oh, crap....
I'm still thinking we make the playoffs and then are one and done. This may change if they lose more than 2 of the last 4 games but I don't think that is likely.
