Jared Cook at TE would be a big upgrade if he isn't asking for too much.

Hell, the kids on the local H.S. team would be an upgrade.
The passion of a few, to rule the many, that's Washington D.C.. Where else was that said before, about whom?

No to ARC either.
Would love Fujita and Vollmer.
1. problem with developing would be the lack of picks and that we have too many holes to fill. Rather go with Rex as backup for 1 year and draft a QB the year after that.
2. Interested why you wouldn't like him
3. Interested why you would love Fujita. Vollmer is obivous

Rex sucks, he's a 3rd string qb sitting behind 2 rookies. 1 of them was cousins who was nabbed in the 3rd or 4th. You don't have to get them in the 1st and 2nd. Oh, and if you are going w/a vet, why Rex? He sucks ginormous sucking hairy gay balls, are not big, gay, or hairy enough for him to suck he needs bigger to suck.
2) He's over paid and over rated. Over the last several years he's not averaging more then 3-4 int's a year, no FF's, that's only averaging 1 or so more int's then Tim Jennings, and Jennings was good for a FF's, so he's averaging about as many turn overs as Jennings, and less tackles. So you are going to over pay for ARC to get the same production that you are getting from a guy like Jennings.
3) Remember Fujita being solid, and one of the loan bright spots in the NO's D, might be a smallest midget complex there, but it's what I remember.

Fujita would only be for depth. Not sold on him as starter anymore.
ARC would have to take #3 money, if he accepts that he would be a solid addition to what we have.

If either would be willing for major paycuts id take them, but i think the market will be set and they will get much higher then backup/3rd spot money

I would really like to see us get Clady. I know he won't be cheap & will probably get franchised but I think he is one of the top LTs in the game if not the top. Get him & go after a TE that can catch that we can send out on a pass pattern because we have someone who can actually block! Yea! Then maybe get a 2nd tier RT, draft the best OG/C available & a speedy slot WR that can catch in the middle rds, & an OC that knows what he's doing & we could actually send 4-5 guys out on pass patterns. Just imagine that, a real NFL offense right here in Chicago! BUZZ, BUZZ, BUZZ. Out shit my alarm just went off. Must've been a dream. Damnit, I knew it was too good to be true. I'm going back to sleep.

I'd rather fix the RT position with Vollmer who will come much cheaper than Clady who wants to be the best paid LT in the NFL...
