I'd say you fire everyone and only keep Toub to see if he can be a coach for the last few games. Keep Bates as interim OC and audition as well. If Bates fails he can fall back to QB coach and give JC something familiar.

I get to hear the media here in Baltimore, and this was a shock to most that they would fire Cam Cameron with only 3 games left.
Just about every fan here is celebrating that he is gone, and Jim Caldwell has never been a Offensive Coordinator.
Tice needs to be the icon and let Bates make the calls so that Tice can save face, and we let him go in the offseason he can land another job.
