I don't know how much harbough changed when he went there. I never read anything about a big shakeup in the scouting dept. I think Harbough is the driver for the positive change, not any change in scouting. That's what I think we need here a leader of a HC - someone that makes the people around him better, not someone who needs great people around him to make him better.
Well at least no one got hurt that is known about. Thats a first for the last few games.
Heres the PISSER about things in the NFC NORF while we sit in third place :

Anyone see that things are shall we say ... skewered?
waiting for the bears to show up for the packers game..... .. ...... really the bears did OK at the start, got a quick score in, but then that when it all falters, well, this is Green Bay, and Erin Rodgers. Erin Rodgers outplayed the bears. I think the refs kinda overcalled some penalties. The offensive pass intereferences, the recievers often jim and jam going for the ball, but he did a minor straight arm to get the defender off base, and was called off for that? pfft. Big gain lost. I've seen some games there was a lot of giffing and gaffing between players and the refs just let it fly. But those calls seemed way off base. I'll repeat, I think Jay Cutler is an improved quarterback from last year, but he needs to stop any hail marylike passes, if any pass may get intecepted, he should just run the ball up ASAP. Stop trying for the fast pass advance, nudge the ball forward foot by foot and get that 3rd down first down by the crack of an inch. Lets play each game like its your superbowl. Lets get the key player out healed who can for the playoffs and dig in. I don't care about the division title, the bears have done that time and again, its time for that superbowl.
