Gruden or Cowher, but I doubt Cowher likes Cutler.
i think both would be a really good fit. were the chicago bears. what do i mean by that? were a run it down your throat offense, with a shove it up your a*s defense. thats who we are, and have been sense the start of time. and i think both coachs (especially cowher) have the same mantality.

with that being said, i like lovie. i personally think were an oline away from being a great team. Emery adressed major issues in the offseason. got decent forte and cutler backups, and obviously brought in marshall, because last season hell i could have been our best deep threat. this offseason i expect MAJOR changes to come to the oline.

Jason Garrett will be fired after the season and Jerry Jones will need a big name to turn around his losing franchise. I wouldn't be surprised if Bill Cowher became the new HC in Dallas. No other team is so desperate and willing to pay big bucks for a coach. In this case I'd like to sign Jason Garrett as our new OC and keep Lovie.

The best option would be Sean Payton as HC and Garrett as OC, though.

Okay, another "I can't believe I'm the only one saying it" (even if i'm not the only one). The coaches, Tice included, have been calling better game plans of late, but we're at such a dearth of talent at certain spots, it's not going to be noticed. I hate to break it, but you're not getting that magic 50/50 ratio with this offense out there. Not even close. The best we can hope for is a shootout from here on out. But it's not just the line screwing things up, as the TEs have been more useless than I can ever remember (who'd we have before Desmond Clark?) and we've seen so many game changing/winning TDs dropped by WRs that, had they had better hands, would have given us a different dynamic on the season.
