He's lost to GB 8 of 9 times, ya it's time to man up and move on.

Like I said, GB this year decided they were going to purposefully limit their O to put their D in a better position to help, we need the exact opposite, only the D is now to worn out to win on their own.

    What we learned:

-Offense still can't stay on the field despite the weapons they have.
-Still can't stop the slant, no matter what team runs it.
-Defense is old and tired, more than they showed last year.
-This team has no answers when the other team isn't turning the ball over.

Honestly not too worked up about this loss. I expected to lose this game based on how we started playing once we got into the tougher part of our schedule.

So next we have the Cards. This is a game we should win. I would be surprised if we could not beat them. That will get us to 9-6.

After that it's Detroit and honestly we are not much better than they are with how we are playing. Both teams slightly better than average. We should beat them and I think the team wants to try to help Lovie so I think we win it.

The question is, with a win over AZ and the Lions, will Lovie be able to spin that he was able to turn the team around at the end of the season, or will Emery see through that? I think intellectually, he will see through it, but I am wondering if this is going to be an objective decision, or how much else will come into it, not the least of which is a 6M salary to eat.

If we lose to AZ (which I highly doubt, I think Lovies fate is sealed). If we lose to Detroit, I think it's still on the fence.

Lawrence Holmes, Dough/OB all agreed Hester actually ran the right route, said that when you don't have a safety deep you are to run to daylight, that Cutler still sat on the route looked it down, and still threw the pass(which is what I saw but I thought Hester didn't fight for position, I was wrong). So for all the hate he is getting, he ran that route correctly and accurately.

Cutler has to be like Rogers to get this team to the next level; and that is be safer with the ball, be smarter with how he is playing.

Hester has lost a step on ST's, but more so their is a complete lack of blocking for him, Toub's group has been stripped of any of it's other top guys that blocked for his retrun guys. B/c even if Hester didn't return one, you had Manning that would, or Knox, or someone that would step up also, and no one has been any good.

Marshal is pretty pissed accordng to the score, very pointed statements from Brandon; wonder if they will dog house him like they did the CB that called out Cutler earlier in the year. If you are not listeing to the score, you better turn it on, this hsoudl be good to hear.

Yeah, the Sea Chickens rolled 58 on AZ a week ago, and they're the type of bottom feeder we should be able handle. Detroit, I'm not so sure about. If we had them at home, I'd be more confident. But, in the dome, with the way this Offense is playing, I'm 50/50 at best. MN won, haven't heard about Wash today. At 9-7, and no playoffs, Lovie is gone.

I don't blame him. He seems to be one of the few people on the team that is giving it their all. I wouldn't imagine the team putting one of their best, if not, their best weapon on offense in the doghouse, but with this team, you never know.

'Skins won 38-21. So much for them dropping off when RG3 got hurt. We're now in a three-way tie for the last spot in the wild card with them and Minny.

yep, that right there is the real question. I have no idea. If we go 9-7, I think it will lean more towards getting rid of him, but even that is not for usre.

Just going to see how the season ends. We better not just win against AZ, we need to dominate, and we need to look like we beat the Lions, not that they beat themselves or we just got lucky. We need to look like a team that wants it. I do think the players want Lovie to stay so maybe they will play well -- but honestly I thought we would see some of that effort today, These guys just don't seem like they play motivated.

This is what happens we you have Pro Bowl level talent on Offense, and they're forced to play bush league. Cutler has had his moments like this, but usually he does so while on the field, not at the podium. (Remember "Tell him FU!"?) It's the Bears coaches and management getting called out by a player who knows what is going on and does not want to settle for crap mediocrity. This is something Chicago isn't used to. Remember Aaron Rodgers earlier in the year? He wasn't too happy, and if they hadn't turn the ship around I bet he would be talking accountability as well.
