    Dallas looked good today, but so did AZ. Wash has been on fire the last several weeks, and if RGIII gets back, they are going to be even more dangerous.

    Even if the Bears win out the rest of the way, I don't know if that's going to be enough to get them to the playoffs. They will have to hope the stars align and the other teams in the hunt fall out of it.

    Unless the Bears turn everything around and go more than one and done. I don't want to see the Bears in the play offs just to say they went to the play offs.

    Can we win out? Of course! However, the way we're playing leaves a ton of room for doubt. We have Arizona and Detroit left. Arizona is the more likely of the two as a win. Arizona did beat Detroit today pretty good so how good is Detroit? That is what I love about the NFL you never know... we could beat Arizona bad and lose to Detroit bad. At this point I can't make heads or tails on this Bears team. All I know is we have some major holes to fix this off season!

    I'm an older fan, and I'm beginning to wonder if I'll live to see another Bears Super Bowl win before I die. I'm not joking. Seriously, I wonder. I've been a Bears fan and a Cubs fan forever. It's been heartbreaking.

    Making the playoffs is a waste of time right now. It will be one-and-done 90% chance on the road at either GB, SF, or NYG. Might feel good for the moment to end the RS but short-sighted in the big picture. This team needs draft picks (good ones) and a new coaching staff. Both those goals will be easier to accomplish after an 8-8 finish than a meaningless 10-6 one. Think longer term, not immediate gratification cuz that's going to be short lived with a WC berth.

    I'm with ya, though I will say that I sure hope they win another Championship before I die! I'm over 40, but under 50. I remember going to training camp with my dad at Wake Forest. I even have a signed football by Bob Avelini, how sick is that?? My dad took me when he was at a Chevy dealership in my hometown when I was a kid. Bears, Cubs, Bulls, and Blackhawks for me. I've been waiting for the Cubs my whole life, as did most everyone I knew growing up (God bless their souls!)

    Worse thing is my wife and her family are from Joliet, and are all Sox fans.
