True, and I've stated before that I believe we have a solid core and are not in need of a rebuild, so maybe just retooling is more appropriate. Exception would be if a new HC decides to switch us to a3-4 defensively, which I don't see happening. Regardless, if we give the impression of instability, or that we will not be contenders while we transition, that could hurt in acquiring top talent.
