    Toub looks likely to land a HC job somewhere next year. Soul went over the pros and cons of that for that in another thread (cant remember where). I'm not saying he's necessarily "the guy" for us but he's worth taking a hard look at that, as Soul described. He's not likely to remain our ST coordinator next year one way or the other.

    I really think Toub is going to be selected as an OC or HC somewhere. In case he isn't, I believe any new HC we might get would be glad to retain him. I'm actually more interested in seeing what happens with Toub than any other assistant currently on the staff. Been a big fan of his for years, and glad to see his name being discussed as potential HC. With the inevitable HC turnovers this off-season, he should have a legitimate shot somewhere.

    This is the way I see it IF Lovie gets canned (still highly doubtful)

    HC - Tice
    OC - Bates

    The rest of the staff stays in place.

    That is the MO of the Bears.
