This is the first time since JA has been here that we have a new direction with both George and the GM gone. The president is still here, but I believe he mostly handles the finances, but not sure.
Don't know how much having Ted stay will cause the club to keep going down the same path, but I am hoping that with both George and Emery there now that we can start to pave a new road.
That is why I am so excited about the off-season. The changes that happen now could mean more than any players they draft. It could determine a whole new direction and sttitude. Either good or bad. We are divided in terms of what that means in terms of the present HC, but I think that whatever Emery does, he will have the fan base behind him. And whatever he does, I hope it works, because if people don't really like what he does and it goes south, it could get a little warm for him too. People want to see success.
