If Emery decides to let Lovie stay on in 2013 it may be difficult to keep Tice in his former role as OLine coach but it's not without precedent in Chicago. Babich went back to being just the LB coach after his one year as DC.

So it can be done if Tice accepts that demotion but it would also almost certainly mean that Bates would become the OC. I would think that any new OC hired from outside of the organization would want to hire his own staff and almost surely is QB and Line Coaches.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

You do know that Tice is out of contract at years end right?

No, I didn't. That makes it perfect. Although Lovie has quite a bit of dedication to his coaches. On the other hand, he did let Martz go. I suspect that Tice will be let go.

Likely because the McCaskey's told him to fire Martz.
