Assuming we win Sunday, GB beats Minny, if we win in SF, at ATL, I won't worry at all about going to GB and kicking Packer ass. At that point I'll already figure a SB victory is a lock.

The 2010 Packers were playing their best football in December-January. Same thing with the 2011 9-7 NYG. The Bears have played their best football this year in September-October. That's the problem.

Thats true, but the Bears lost to GB 3 times in 2010. And I dont want to know the record against GB since Cutler got into town.

As Soul would say, it's the old Muhammad Ali "rope-a-dope" trick. If we meet them again they're toast.

Here's another scenario that could happen: Suppose the Bears and Vikings both win, who gets the tiebreaker? I'm gonna guess it's the Vikings due to the record against common opponents; they beat both San Fran and Houston. Bears lost both of those games, so those games could possibly come back and bite the Bears in the ass if this scenario were to happen.

The ViQueens would get in over the Bears for the reasons you said, which is why you better be real good to the GB Santa Claus this weekend so he'll bring you good Bears and Cubs a nice present.
Just remember to say thank you Santa.

And for the life of me I can't find one good reason not to hope for exactly the opposite.
If losing to the Lions and watching the previously thought of NFCN cellar dweller Vikes get to the playoffs while we fail for the fourth time in five years after a 7-1 start get us a new HC then color me purple and gold and Honolulu blue and silver come Sunday.
I'm ready for some changes.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

Cant do it. I can never root for my team to lose. No matter what the outcome of said loss might be.
