It all starts up front. If the line can't block it affects EVERYTHING ELSE. TE's have to stay in to block so they can't run routes. The same applies to RB's. We all knew this coming in but there was really nobody Emery could get in the off season to help. Just have to wait for FA & the Draft and go from there. WE NEED BLOCKERS !

I mean really,I've been hearing how "it all starts up front" since I was a kid.
Be it the defensive line,or the offensive line;how hard is that to grasp?
After 9 years,you would think Lovie could get a clue,apparently not.
He and his cronies need to go,it's well past time.
I've repeatedly called for his job,to no avail.
This defense,(even minus Urlacher) is good enough to win now;sadly,the offense isn't.
That falls directly on the head coach.
I heard Lovie Smith on the radio today,saying that they were "a good football team".
I'm not sure if he is delusional or just blowing more smoke.
The Bears are not a good football team,good football teams don't fail in epic fashion when good teams come to town.
That's a byproduct of the "play not to lose" philosophy,a Lovie staple.
Every phase of the game is important,lacking a decent scoring offense is unconscionable

The LOFT is the main reason we tanked on the Offense this year.
LOFT = Lack of Fucking Tallent.
LOFT is applied towards the players and coaching when I use it to describe our sorry ass offense.

What I recall is, that with a dominant O-line the Bears went to the SB with a QB who was a "game manager", this same QB is now a backup in the NFL, so we can say that it probably wasn't due to the QB talent...
I place the offensive failure first and foremost on the failings of the o-line. Even with crappy play calling, a good O-Line can still pound the rock in the running game, it can force the ball into the end zone in short yardage situations. With a good O-Line, a team can lean on the running game and be "average" as an offense.
How much on an improvement would "average" be.......

Webb is the biggest pile of shit (besides Kellen Davis). That cancer is spreading across the oline.
