    I'll disagree. While I wouldn't campaign for him, I wouldn't be upset to see him as our DC either. He did well here, adapted to the Chargers 3-4 and did pretty well there (eventually having his team play both 4-3 & 3-4, though mostly 3-4).

    I just don't think he is HC ready.
