Feels good doesn't it md? The team is going to interview(from the first hints) young O minded head coaching canidates. It was either Zach or Hub on the score that said it would be wise to also interview Hoak and Toub. But also the OC in Den, who was able to win w/Tebow of all people. I would also like the OC out of SF, Chip Kelly, the OC out of Indy, and the GB OC.
I do not want a retred such as Gruden or Cowher, unless it's for 2-3 years to help groom one of the Coordinators to be the HC(and I don't see that happening).

I don't think any Super Bowl winning head coach has gone on to win another Super Bowl with another team. That is what makes me hesitate for a proven Super Bowl winning coach.

That is very tru inchi. It's also why I don't want a retred.
If my team was in complete rebuild mode after years of disaster, I might think about it(see Tuna in Dallas, who was forced out about 2 years to soon), but not on a midrange team that needs a few tweeks.
