    Draft system needs change

    I wanted to revisit this as its officially the offseason for us and we will all struggle to keep discussions lively

    But why can't the nfl go to a draft lottery for non playoff teams it's a ridiculous system to have teams rewarded for losing games and sitting here wishing the bears would have lost today and last Sunday to up their draft stock

    What do you guys think?

    I don't know about all non playoff teams, but maybe any team .500 or worse should have the lottery. Unlike NBA(who's teams didn't even try and hide the fact they would lose on purpose) the NFL the teams aren't trying to lose every week over the last 3-4 weeks so it's not near the issue. But a lottery would add a twist of excitement to the NFL draft.

    That's what I'm saying it adds excitement or you can weigh the system lets just say for examples sake

    Outa the 20 playoff teams

    Ranking teams from bottom to top

    1-7 have 3 "entries" into poll
    8-15 have 2
    16-20 have 1
