No college coaches period. We need an guy with experience designing and running an NFL offense with a proven track record and McCoy and Arians are at the top of that list. I hope whoever Emery chooses that he'll keep Toub around in some capacity.
Re : McCoy . You live there so you must have some insight . I've read everything I can about him and he seems promising , but it's not the same as being there . I've tried to get a sense as to who he's like .

My gut feeling is Sean Payton . Who would you most compare him to ?
I Love Lou " Dr. Slushmouth" Holtz .

    thanks for the welcome.

i know a lot of packer fans that kind of hate McCarthy's playcalling and see him as a guy that strays too far from his own gameplan. besides, Rodgers really is the brains behind the offense and Clements was the brain behind Rodgers from day 1 as a pro.

but i see your point, 1 year is not much to go on.

He is a guy to keep an eye on IMO. GB's success will create opportunities for McCarthy's Assts. Philbin got the HC job in Miami, and it wouldn't surprise me if Clements gets some looks in the near future.

I really, and I mean really, have trust in Emery to hire the right Coach. Have a feeling it's finally our time to have a great winning franchise again

Since he is a coordinator the Packers could not refuse permission. The last time we asked they said no since he was a assistant at the time.
