Josh McDaniels' first order of business would be to get rid of both Cutler and Marshall, and that would prove disastrous for this offense. He failed miserably as a head coach in Denver, and I doubt seriously Phil Emery, who was working for a team (Chiefs) within the same division as Denver, would go down that road.
It'll never happen, and you answered your own question. There is no way he and Cutler will ever be on the same team again. Also, Emery wants to move forward with Jay, and he's going to bring in a HC that can, and wants, to work with him.

Peppers and Cutler were both signed under Jerry Angelo. Marinelli is running Lovie Smiths defense, just as Ron Rivera used to.
NO! No NE offensive Coordinators. They do not run the offense. It is all Bellichick. Everything.

To be honest I can't see McDanials getting another HC gig anytime soon.

Also, I suspect Belichick is responsible for the success of the offense in New England - not the OC. He's the puppetmaster, the guys like Josh are the puppets.

Two teams want lovie right now whether they are token interest or legit idk. But if either sign him bears won't be on the hook for the whole salary cause of firing him. This can really let us go in many directions for a new hc
My fav has been cowher but doubt he is a target since he will want lots of control that I don't see emery giving up nor should he want to. But this would looks like a tits coaching staff
cowher- hc

I'm excited because it seems like he's shooting for the moon on this one. I don't think it'll happen but I bet emery is at least speaking to cohwer/Gruden
