This is why the Bears continue to suck you keep "buying" players in free agency and neglecting the salary cap. The Cap is 120 Million. Here are how Da Bears are spending that money:
1. Jason Campbell 3.5 Million
2. Jay Cutler 9.6 Million
13.5 + Million for QBs
3. Matt Forte 6.8 Million
4. Michael Bush 2.0 Million
5. Kahlil Bell 1.2 Million
6. Evan Rodriquez 0.5 Million
7. Armando Allen 0.4 Million
11 Million on Running Backs
1. Brandon Marshall 10 Million
2. Devon Hester 8 Million
3. Earl Bennet 3 Million
4. Kellen Davis 2 Million
5. Alshon Jefferies 1 Million
6. Matt Spaeth 2 Million
7. Erick Weems 2 Million
8. Kyle Adams .5 Million
29 Million on Recivers/TEs
Compare to Green Bay:
1. Aaron Rodgers 9 Million
2. Graham Harrell .5 Million
Quarter Backs 9.5 Million or 4 Million Less than the Bears
1. Cedric Benson 1 Million
2. John Kuhn 2 Million
3. Alex Green .5 Million
4. James Starks .5 Million
5. Brandon Saine .5 Million
5 Million for Running Backs or 6 Million less than the Bears
1. Randall Cobb 1 Million
2. Donald Driver 2 Million
3. Jermichael Finley 5 Million
4. Greg Jennings 7 Million
5. James Jones 3 Million
6. Jordy Nelson 4 Million
7. Jarret Boykins .5 Million
8. Ryan Taylor .5 Million
9. DJ Williams .5 Million
24 Million for Receivers and T/Es or 5 Million less than the Bears

They spent a half-eaten Kit Kat bar and 3 stale potato chips on the offensive line.
.. Which Bears are due to become free agents?..
I realize I may be jumping the gun a little here, seeing as we don't know exactly who is going to be running/setting up the offense, but info is info..Quote:
Eighteen Bears players are due to become unrestricted free agents: Kahlil Bell, Zack Bowman, Jason Campbell, Kelvin Hayden, Geno Hayes, Israel Idonije, Lance Louis, Olindo Mare, Josh McCown, Henry Melton, D.J. Moore, Troy Nolan, Amobi Okoye, Chilo Rachal, Nick Roach, Jonathan Scott, Chris Spencer and Brian Urlacher. Nate Collins is set to become a restricted free agent, while Armando Allen is due to become an exclusive rights free agent.
I don't see the bears keeping Bell, Bowman, Campbell, Nolan, or Mare. DJ Moore is/was a Lovie favorite, and could very well be allowed to go as well. A. Okoye, McCown were let go last year as well, unlikely the bears keep them. Rachal will probably be allowed to walk due to the way his season ended. Collins and Allen are both rather far down the depth chart, I view them as likely to become free agents.
Could Izzy be allowed to walk due to cap concerns? Also, how much would Scott and Spencer cost, IF they were deemed worthy of retention? Are there persons that I am wrong about being allowed to walk? comments? questions? concerns? Insults? (probably don't need much help with that last one)
