You be the GM: interview Tom Clemens
When you are interviewing Packers OC Tom Clemens, what would you ask him?
I would start with
1. How would yoimprove our offense?
2. How have you improved the packers offense?
3. Every QB has weaknesses, what are Rodgers' an how have you helped him overcome them?

you really think Clements would answer your 3rd question? I doubt Emery would ask a question like that.
I would ask what he thinks is Cutlers and how he would help to overcome HIS weaknesses. How would he help him.
Ask him about his OLine and compared to Chicagos, why they haven't really fixed it too and how important he thinks is the OLine
The more important part for me would be what he has to say about Defense. He is a OC and knows offense. I would want to know what he knows about Defense.
I like a Top offense and a average defense at worst. Not like it is in GB or NO right now. Great O with Bad D.
That's why I think McCoy would be a bit different. He knows he needs a good D to win like he needs points out of his offense. Good team overall - complete team.
IIRC Todd Haleys D wasn't that bad while his offense was good enough to make the POs as HC with Cassel as his QB

i would ask what is your vision on defense

Okay then. Instead of asking WHAT his weakness is just ask HOW he overcomes his weakness.

He has schemed against the Bears Defense so he probably knows where the weaknesses are, or how to explot it. I would hope that he would be able to explain how he thinks the Bears could improve on Defense.
On offense I would ask him specifically how he would adjust in the middle of a game where the Bears are losing. It would not just be one situation, it would be several senerios.
I would also ask him about what staff changes he would like to see. Does he have some replacements in mind.
What does he think about the situation with Devin Hester.
Would he want Brian Urlacher back with the Bears?
What scheme would he like to run on defense?
What positions would he like to see improved in the off season. How would he go about filling those positions.

To me,MY TAKE, the Bears D did it's job against GB's O for the most part. Lack of a Bears Off is what hurt the Bears D.
The passion of a few, to rule the many, that's Washington D.C.. Where else was that said before, about whom?

I'd ask him why his "O" line allowed more sacks than the Bears line did !

i like the idea of keeping marinelli around, personally.
if i were Ckements i would say that I'd prefer to keep the defensive scheme that has been working and just rebuild it on the fly. The defense is not the thing that is broken. Any head coach that comes in will essentially only need to install an offense.
when the time comes and the defense needs to be changed, then change it. but as for now, the defensive personnel the bears have are geared to run marinelli's scheme, and it's been successful. so just keep that and make the job a lot easier.
