    Barrett Jones or Manti Te'o

Word is that Manti Te'o's stock has him dropping, possibly to the 20's, but Barett Jones is also supposed to be available at that pick.

    Who would you take?

Is anyone concerned about the injury to Jones? Here is the information on the injury:

Alabama center Barrett Jones played the BCS championship game with torn ligaments in his left foot and needs surgery.
It is not a back injury, but I do not know how well a person can recover from that type of injury. If the injury and surgery are minor, I definitely want him in a Bears uniform.

There's a dozen factors to discover and consider yet but I think Emery is going to need to see a damn convincing case to NOT pick an OLman first up.

Depends what he deems a bigger need. Replacing Urlacher, or protecting Jay.

The Jones inj would bother me, but it he can play all 3 positions on the OL, and a foot inj isn't a knee or back either.

Te'O just got bulldozed by likely pro level rb's and OL, he's going to be good, but not great. I think I'll take my chance w/Jones.

Although Te'o is considered one of the best linebackers in this year's draft I would take Jones in a heartbeat. He's demonstrated intelligence, quickness and balance. He can play any position on the line and could be a perennial All-Pro at center. I believe he would be a serious coup and give Cutler someone he trusts in front of him.

    Barrett Jones.

Last night's game was a great example of what a solid offensive line does for a team. A beast of an oline lets a team crush opponents. Even good opponents.

Wouldn't you like to see the Chicago Bears have an oline that simply moved opponents around like rag dolls? Forcing its will on anyone, anytime? Anyone else tired of these pretenders we have now? There really isn't a great one on the entire oline here (Louis is the least-crappy of the lot).

Yeah, I'd like to see Emery bring in some beasts. No more of these Tice wannabees.

At the same time, while the Bama OL made it look easy.... there was a severe talent gap. It was men playing against boys. But from all I have seen, Jones is a beast
