I figured it out -- Hester has been getting trainded by Tice. These are the same traits his OL has

1) OL doesn't continue to engage the defender (ok, sometimes they don't even start)
2) This one is a QB thing during the snap, isn't it?
3) OL doesn't come back to help the QB. Usually they just stand there and watch all those guys in different uniforms run by.
4) They don't turn into a QB defender after a sack. They just do it again. Practice does make perfect though...
