I'm still a little confused. So which one is the clown?

I guess the J'Marcus Webb fast food war, isn't over yet. Taco Bell launched a huge counter-offensive this morning. They are airlifting over 100 truckloads of tacos into the parking lot of Webb's condo.
McDonalds responded by authorizing a new restaurant to be built immediately adjacent to the Webb condo. McDonalds clowns by the thousands have counter assaulted the Taco Bell trucks. Fighting is now hand-to-hand between the clowns and truck drivers.
Oh, the humanity of it all....

I don't see that as all the likely because of $$$ but Branden Albert may be a real possibility. You've got Emery and his KC connection involved there.
Webb is just a big over grown kid and he's probably gonna stay that way much of his life. He's kind of the OT equivalent of "Fridge" only Perry could actually play the minute he became a pro until he ate himself out of jobs.
Maybe we'll get lucky with Webb and it'll finally click but without Tice around to protect him he's gonna be on a very short leash. I figure we should sign a LT in FA but still bring Webb to camp. He showed just enough improvement to keep around and he's under contract and Scott isn't.
Carimi needs to get his game back so he's a question mark and if we don't sign Scott in the offseason then Webb may still be of some use at RT. I may not like the kid but I'm not ready to show him the door just yet. It costs nothing to keep him around until next preseason.
webb's future probably a fast food taste tester
Soul, I have no problem keeping Webb around as long as he isn't starting at LT anymore. I'm done with that shit. Between him, Carimi, and Scott, they can compete for the RT and swing jobs and damn I hope Carimi is the clear starter. I just want a FA LT (Albert, Long, etc) who will supplant Webb as starter. He'd probably be a decent and cheap backup OT.
I follow some of the Bears players on Twitter. J'Marcus seems like a genuinely "good guy" who loves life, (just as you describe him, Soul). He's like a kid. And actually, he's so young still, that he's not much more than a kid (keep in mind my perspective is that of an old guy). Now that you mention it, he does remind me of William Perry. Kind of simple and innocent, but not a bad guy.
I've always liked having a few "characters" on the Bears team.
Regardless of what we think of the guy's play, that (in my mind) is separate from Webb as a person. I like the guy. And we may find out he's a good asset to the team as a swing tackle. I'm waiting to see what the new coaches think of our existing talent team-wide, before I count anyone out. And even if they do think Webb has no part on the team, that's fine.
