Thread: Bears are allowing other teams to interview Toub

How many times over the past few years have you read the Bears have sighed someone just to find out he is a ST teams guy when we really needed help other places.

I find all this "well, a new HC is going to want to bring in his guy(s) anyway" stuff to be maddeningly stupid. I can see the rationale if you're installing a new offense or making major schematic changes on defense, but why the heck--besides ego--would you want to can one of the NFL's most widely regarded ST coordinators??? Really dumb if that's what ends up happening.
