    The New York Jets will hold follow-up discussions with three general manager candidates: former Chicago Bears GM Jerry Angelo, Jets assistant GM Scott Cohen andPittsburgh Steelers director of football and business administration Omar Khan, according to sources.

    Angelo, who had an impressive interview, is high on the Jets' radar, sources said.

    If Ryan has any sway I'd say JA gets hired. Rex will mark out about JA's love of the D-line and "it all starts up front" attitude. The owners will be conned that JA can use less scouts and save more money. All the Jets need now is to hire Tice and they're all set.

    Looks like the NFL is going to find itself a new special teams juggernaut. Who needs mid round interior offensive linemen to build a pipeline with when you can trade down and bring 14 sixth and seventh round safeties into camp? Gunners are where it's at!
