Take it for what it's worth, since I don't even think he has been interviewed yet.
Any idea of when his interview is? And McCoy's? Pure speculation here, but I get the idea that these are Emery's "top 2" choices somehow and both could be busy a while. Denver has a bye and will probably go deep and Indy has a very winnable game vs. Baltimore tomorrow.

Well I would guess the guy that has worked w/Peyton and Big Ben and Andrew luck during their formative qb years w/a ton of success, and is now up for HC of the Year as an interm would be a front runner for the HC job.
That's about as newsworthy as Hockey sucks and the Cubs are going to be bad.

McCoy, I believe I heard, will be interviewed tomorrow. Arians should be available full time in two weeks as I dont think the Colts make it past the divisional round.

I still want McCoy. For goodness sake, he made Orton, Leftwhich and Tebow look like good QBs. Add in that he is working with Peyton now, and I can not see a better fit.

I do too, but Arians is a nice fit also, and should be the front runner until the first round of interviews is done, he right now has the best resume.

If Emery lands us either Arians or McCoy it would be damn hard to complain about that. I'm rooting for Indy to lose in Baltimore tomorrow so we can get the ball rolling. This is the HC job for the CHICAGO FREAKIN' BEARS here and it is a plum assignment for either of these two worthy candidates. There's a lot of pieces there for a star new HC to mold and succeed with.

hockey sucks? I can't take anything you will say seriously in the future
I don't care if Arians or McCoy tbh. Arians age just worries me

It will take some time cause the guys that look like the frontrunners could end up in the SB
Broncos OC
Colts OC
Texans OC
hell even Bengals and Skins OCs

Schottenheimer or Arians. Those are the only 2 i would feel comfortable about the offense getting whipped into shape quickly. I know we won't get either of em, I do know Emery knows more than I do about these coaches. My biggest hope is we don't get a coach who messes with the defense. His job should be to fix the offense, and let Marinelli take care of the defense.
Edit: also, Richard Dennison. Offesive coordinator for the texans. I think he was Shannahan's line coach in Denver. Starting to think with what he's done with Schaub and had actual offensive lines that made many rb's in the probowl who weren't worth their weight elsewhere. I think he would get the most out of our offense, and would probably want a more athletic te than Davis, as evidenced by how he utilizes Owen Daniels, and has been in an offense that values the pass catching te since the 90s.
