    I don't know that it's a rule I think it's a courtesy that's seldom denied. Or, Emery was honest with them about it and told them he wanted to interview him as a STC and they said no. It's not tampering if they say it's OK.
    I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.
