I picked Bevel but think Emery is going to smoke screen until the end.
Arguing on the internet is like winning the special olympics, even if you win your still messed up.

I like trestman or Arians, both have hc experience and are touted as a offensive guru. I wonder if trestman would bring an oc down from Canada????

In fairness they were #3 in the NFL in rushing, and played to their strengths. They played smart football with the offensive players that they had. What they accomplished with a 3rd round rookie QB was amazing.
I'm not saying we should or should not hire him. Just pointing out he did some remarkable things with that offense.

Yep, don't be surprised if the real "finalist list" is different from what reporters are saying.

The Sean Jenson reported that Bruce Arians was also a finalist.
Rapaport stated that Trestman was at Halas Hall all day today, Bevell will be tomorrow and Arians likely on Wednesday.
Should be noted that Vaughn McClure is saying that he is being told that Trestman is the heavy favorite for the job.

LOL, get ready for a shitstorm of people complaining about hiring a "CFL coach" if its Trestman. Not saying its right, but it will happen. Guy has a solid résumé by me...

I'm trying to keep in mind that this is for a head coach, and not an OC. This guy seems to have a deep resume on the offensive side of the ball (brilliant), but also is a proven head coach. He's more than a 1-trick pony. The more I read about him, the more I believe he's going to be one heck of a solid NFL head coach for somebody. Sure would be nice if it were us.
