I'm a little worried that he hasn't staying in any one spot. Everytime he has "success" as the media is calling it, he moves else where.
then why the CFL? I'm thinking this is a good hire, but I'm just wondering where this guy has been all this time, if he's had such a great impact on offenses...

Well you have to remember that through MOST of his NFL career, he has been a position coach (QB), so when he "moves on" most likely its a promotion where teams hired him as OC. And im sure other times if a team wasnt doing well, they hired a new GM and/or HC, which means coach turnover (look how many OCs we went through under Lovie). So, theres many different reasons why a coach would move on.
As far as the CFL goes, he went there because all along he wanted to be a HC, but he never got that chance, not even on the collegiate level, but Montreal gave him that opportunity so he took it (and did very well).
So we have a guy who is respected as a QB coach, and has worked with many top QBs and WRs, and is a West Coast offense guy. That in itself is not enough to be a HEAD Coach, but the fact the has shown he could be successful in that role in the CFL is why we took him. Whatever happens, its safe to assume that he will be to our Offense what Lovie was to our defense. Now whether or not he has the chops to be a HC in the NFL...well we will have to wait and see how it goes, but theres no reason why we should be worried at this point.
