I'm still listening to it on ESPN 1000 in a delayed fashion. You go here: ESPN Chicago LIVE - Waddle & Silvy - ESPN Chicago and rewind up to 3 hours.

hes gonna bring some staff down from the CFL ideally
He says the 2 leagues are quite similiar, ol protection, Defensive blitzes, he doesnt forsee problems.
-
Stressing that he loves coaching ball and teaching the "science of the game in order for individuals to master their craft to ultimately perform to their highest potential"
Accountability ... from coaching staff and their prep during the week to the individuals on the field on Sunday.
He will be hands on with the QB, OC, QB coach during the week in all their meetings.
He'll be calling the plays, but obviously Cutty has the 'best seat in the house' before the snap. So sounds like an audible system will be in place.
A few guys from his staff in Montreal will be coming done. Depends on what types of opportunities they have in the CFL and elsewhere.
My side note... Nice to hear a guy speak with various tones to stress his points.
Funny side note... he knew Roberto Garza bought his book at 2 am the day he was hired. (Heard him/his wife mail out all orders.)
None of my posts on this forum have been aided by the use of deer-antler spray...

I heard Trestman mention more than once that they have got to keep the quarterback on his feet. It seems that the offensive line is going to be a very big part of free agency and the draft.

What I am also getting is that he will not try to put a round peg into a square hole, he adapt his offense to the personnel the Bears have.
