Huh? They're actually going to tweak their system to player abilities? You mean coaches do that?

We're the Chicago Bears. We don't block here. But we do sell Webb Nation t-shirts and watch dlinemen knock the crap out of our QBs.
Trestman - Kromer - Tucker - DeCamillis
I'm looking forward to seeing these guys coach. Hope they're good.

I believe Mike Phair (DL coach) and Gil Byrd (CB Coach) are also staying

I understand everybody got the axe, except Hoke who wasn't present. His fate TBD when they talk to him I guess.

Safeties coach Gill Byrd, linebackers coach Bob Babich, defensive line coach Mike Phair, and nickel backs coach Mikal Smith also would be left to seek work elsewhere. Babich apparently has an interest in joining new Jaguars coach Gus Bradley in Jacksonville.

No but we learned that Trestman's daughters are young and attractive. You know, the important stuff.

I heard Trestman say that coaching is about putting the players in the best possible position to win, thats what coaching is. That right there sold me on him as an upgrade over Lovie. Loses where the players fault under Lovie, they didnt do what he said, but the wins where cause they happen to luck out. But the first time Trestman blames the players and no fault to himself also then its back to square one.

This board will make you well rounded. Women, football, fake deaths, we got it all.

Nope, there's no limit and once again we have an OC who's also an OLine guy so just like with Tice and Holt the new guy gets what amount to be an assistant who works directly with the line while he works on the overall offensive scheme along with Trestman and whoever the QB coach is.
Speaking of which and word on whether Bates is staying or not?
