Also, you can't blame a coach for a player that's garbage to begin with, and that's what Sanchez was. Anyone who thought otherwise about him when he got drafted simply bought into the hype. You could see the guy couldn't make all the NFL throws and he was surrounded by loads of talent at USC... just like Matt Leinert.
I don't know how many people watched Sanchez when he was at USC, but to say that Lienart was better is an understatement. I have no reason why Sanchez was taken so high and there had to be some good coaching in order for Sanchez to perform like he did when the Jets were in the playoffs.Quote:
