Ive been worried about the oline since after our superbowl loss............nothing has changed since then
Will the oline finally get fixed right?
Will Trestman be good enough?
Will our new DC be good enough?
Will our new OC be good enough?
Will Jay Cutler be good enough?
I'm worried about our older players (like Urlacher).
Can Emery upgrade our talent & plug enough holes for us to have a great season?
Other (please let us know what it is).

I voted for, "Can Emery upgrade our talent & plug enough holes for us to have a great season?"
That's not our only issue, but I believe it is our #1 issue. I believe that we suffered from both a talent problem, and a coaching problem, under the Angelo/Lovie regime. Now, with the Emery/Trestman combo, I'm hoping we can take another step and climb past the Vikings and Green Bay to win the NFC-N, and ultimately win a Super Bowl. But at this point, I'm more concerned about Emery fulfilling our expectations (of him being a GREAT talent evaluator), than I am about the coaching. Of course these new coaches have a monumental load of work ahead of them, in order to weave together a great team for later this year.
I find it interesting that the "Cutler worries" are not the big deal that you'd surmise from the many threads posted here. I think knowledgeable fans understand that Cutler and other players, need to step up their game. But these player issues are not as worrisome as the talent/coaching issues. Cutler will improve. It's not something to lose sleep over.
That's why I started this poll. I wanted people to realize that even though there are a zillion Cutler threads of worry here, it's not our biggest worry. If only it were.

Like VJ18... I'm a bit worried about everything until proven otherwise by the team's play on the field, so I voted OTHER which could have read "all of the above."
Emery told us that this isn't a rebuilding period yet we have just hired new coaches for all three phases of the game. Now we enter an off-season with a lot of our core players in place that are supposed to build off of a 10-6 season yet they all will be learning new systems and in new methods under Trestman's coaching staff. That alone is a lot of change in hopes of a seamless transition for a veteran team. Now add in that while they are teaching their new systems, they are suppose to fix the OLine, turn Cutty into a consistent QB and not let our defense falter. Those are some pretty high expectations on a first time HC in the NFL and his staff.

I totally agree with that ^^
If this isn't a MAJOR task, I don't know what is. We've gutted the coaching staff on offense, defense and special teams (other than keeping a few position coaches). We will have new schemes, coaches, playbooks, and there will be a number of player changes too. Even if we keep the defense similar to what we ran this past year, you know there will be significant changes made. It won't be Marinelli-II completely.

If the O-Line gets fixed, I think Jay Cutler will have a wonderful year and daBears will make the playoffs.![]()
I've been kicking this one back and forth, and was going to go with "will the new DC be good enough" as my #1 worry. But I just read the other thread describing Tucker's approach to his last game against Goon Bay. Tucker should be okay. So I have reverted to my prior #1 concern before Rod packed up and left: "Is the O-line ever going to get fixed?" Although a very close second is my worry about our older players losing a step and no real depth to cover for them. Urlacher mostly, but Peppers and Tillman as well.

Easy as ABC. The O-Line is my biggest worry.

THE OLINE ,... without that The BEars would be stuck in dink n dunk formations, besides bettering the Oline will increase production on the run side of the ball as well ,...
Ya still need and effective running game
