Ordinarily the Bleacher Report guys are about as off the wall as they come but this one must be on his meds. That's a pretty sane draft as far as covering all the bases is concerned. I don't know much about the mid and late round guys but two rookie lineman to man the left side of the line sooner or later would look real nice come draft weekend.
They may not be day one starters but they appear to be the kind of players we should be looking to draft and develop. I think it's we stopped using the 5th and 6th rounds for lineman who just can't quite seem to make the grade and spend a couple of upfront choices on some better prospects.

it makes since in a vacume w/no FA. But if we pick up a OL in FA it wouldn't. Kinda depends. I'm still a fan of Alec Ogletree if he's there, but again that's all depending on what we do via FA.

That's why it's just mental masturbation until later on but the draftniks will be posting mocks soon enough and this one isn't off the wall if we don't score any linemen in FA. Let's call it the Plan B approach.

Agreed, and w/that said I like us taking a OL from a big school in the first, never a fan of drafting lil school OL'men, but if the guy had a good showing.

Larry Warford* I like the mock but I would rather choose a wide reciever, corner, or a backup qb with the 4th.

A defensive end instead of LB? Wtf?! Doesn't the writer know we actually did draft a DE in the first round last year?
-
Yeah it hinges alot on free agency, but for now this would be great.
With this (assuming no FA) we are only replacing one OL...may not cut it as Webb and garza would likely remain starters

Just conjecture:
No on the DE, yes to a LB. Wouldn't mind a trade down to get a 3rd or use the 6th and 7th round picks to get a higher 4th. If a LT and TE is garnered in FA imo the draft becomes much more flexible.
