Can only think of one CFL guy who would be young enough (25), skilled enough and athletic enough with good hands - Chris Williams for Hamilton, their KR/WR speedster. His 40 times range from 4.24 to 4.43, but unfortunately he's on the small side at 5' 9" - 155. Serious wheels as a return man and has developed good WR skills. Look at him as a Hester with a better attitude and an upside. In his second CFL year in 2012 he had 6 kick return TDs, almost 1,300 yards receiving with 11 passing TDs. He wouldn't replicate those numbers in the NFL, but he'd be worth a look. BTW, he would've had 7 return TDs except for some ill-timed hotdogging that he'll never repeat. ;) He's made everyone in Hamilton forget about Marcus Thigpen.
Most of the rest of the really good WRs in the CFL would probably be considered too old for a shot at the NFL. There aren't too many instant stars in the CFL like Cameron Wake - Williams is one.
