Thats certainly one very harsh kick in the teeth from life right there. Very good of the Bears to take care of things like that.
Don't players have their own personal insurance etc for situations like this?

Damn shame about Knox ... I hope he does well in the future, I always saw him as being the "small type WR" that could have complimented Hester.

Knox... wow. Career-enders are never easy, especially when the kid played for your team. But he's alive, mobile and motivated. Good Luck, kid. Never shy away from having been a Bear.
Yeah, no matter what he does now, he can always put "NFL Pro-bowler" in front of his name.
    I'm trying//to let go//of maybe//but maybe's just so//very interesting//Oh, what a thing.

Knox and Hester would have been the 1-2 punch of little guys that the other team had forgotten about because of their height.

The sort of sneaky thing out of the slot WR position that would score TD's.

Once Knox was out of the mix all you had to do was key on Hester.

Where do I rank Knox when it comes to BEARS players that might have been : Gayle Sayers.

Imagine the brusiers of Marshall/Jeffery/Bennett with the underneath of Knox/Hester.

    He will be missed.

Give me one season that was near as good as any one of Sayers seasons (not counting his final two seasons where he only played two games in each)
