I also liked the Peyton Manning vid where he goes off on one of his linemen. Classic but if Jay got caught doing that he'd be grilled by the media.
:18_1_205:
Peter King is trash reporting. I'm sorry, but there ARE "journalists" that just suck, and have name recognition (Mariotti, Thomas, anyone at the NYT)
Not blaming the media for Cutlers problems, but I hope you aren't denying this is what the media expects/wants from him.
You missed the point, as Cutler was the only one to welcome the new coaching regime, with no loyalty to worthless offensive schemes.
IF the O-Line is beefed up, and I don't mean corrected completely, but simply made into an "average" NFL line, this will all be a moot point. I don't care what QB you want to talk about, whether it's Cutler, Brady, Farve, Manning, NONE of these guys are miracle workers, none of them have a direct line to the Almighty. They need a system and a supporting staff that can help them succeed. I always love reporters saying "...this QB put the team on his back and carried them to...". BULLSHIT. Football is the ultimate team sport and while a QB can make a huge difference, there are 10 other guys on the field with him that have to at least do an adequate job for him to do well. During Cutlers tenure in Chicago, when has he had 10 other "adequate" players on the field with him?
I suggest that IF the O-Line is corrected, many Cutler doubters will be silenced next season. Whether or not the Defense continues to hold strong may determine if the Wins outnumber the Losses, but IF Cutler has adequate protection without having the offense in MAX protect mode all the time, his offense will do well and shut a lot of people up.
PK is not trash reporting(at least not in my definition) that is what Bloggers are. Again you don't have to like what he says, but that doesn't make it trash. We'll just agree to disagree.
The media hasn't fabricated one issue from Cutler; it's all one Cutler alone. And they have, as of the last two years completely reversed the he's not tough enough crap that MJD started and has talked about how tough he is b/c of the hits he takes. Again Cutler is his own worst enemy, he doesn't act like a jag, he's not treated like one.
You missed the point that he did the same thing w/Martz. Just b/c it starts well w/Cutty doesn't mean it ends well. He wasn't happy at the end of RT's run and was excited about Martz, then it was FU martz. But w/all that he had the most influence...this time he won't
I'm mostly angry with Cutler's "body language" - especially when he's been knocked out cold & concussed. Here's a perfect example. In the picture here, he's being disrespectful with his body - one eye (his left eye) is still open after being knocked out. That is being disrespectful. Worse, he briefly lost control of his sphincter and crapped in his pants. It really smelled. There's just no excuse for that.

In this pic, he's clearly showing bad body language again. His body is twisted like a pretzel into a VERY awkward shape after being concussed. The guy needs to show some respect and lay straight (more respectful poses) when he gets these concussions. Terrible.

Here he had the audacity to injure his knee. Shameful Jay. Just shameful.

And what's with THIS jacking around during the game with Suh? Another concussion too. When Webb was asked "what happened" here, he just said "The 'bad man' got Jay".......and Webb said that when Suh gets you, it's even worst than the Bogeyman gettin' ya. Really scary stuff. Webb says that's why he gets out of Suh's way. You can get an "owie" like Mr Jay got.

Also, in the above pic ^^^
Jay has his mouth open like a damned mouth breather.
I want to see him get concussed with more dignity this year. Learn to "take it" like a man.

Oh well. We have an entire scrapbook of YEARS of these bad moments with Jay's body language. I won't bore you with any more. He's got to buff up his act. Webb did recommend that he go out after games and get a 50 piece chicken McNuggets & hang out with Ronald. He says it makes you forget about the "bad men" who hurt Mr Jay.

We can all post pictures of qb's getting crushed, it's not like that makes an excuse for his poor play or attitude. And who's talking about his body language in this article? They are talking about his shit attitude towards the coaches.

Just trying to lighten everyone up a bit. Geez Ric, you know me by now. I'm always trying to joke around a bit on the boards here. We all (me included) get too serious sometimes.
Besides, during the off season, it's the same stuff getting written about the Bears by the sports guys. A bit of levity never hurt anyone. And I dearly LOVE to poke fun at Webb.

I'm guessing my question is, what's your point? Other qb's don't get sacked? Or Sacked hard? Or get hurt b/c the OL failed? Or that these pictures somehow prove something? Sorry But I can find pictures of very qb getting crushed that have played for 4-5 years. Manning had a f'n broken neck; and he was far more qualified to tell his OC/HC/OL to FU.
